About Notulen.org

Notulen.org is an independent website offering a free meeting minutes generator and practical guides. We built it because minute-taking is often squeezed in between other work, yet the record matters: well-kept minutes prevent misunderstandings and make follow-up easier.

What we provide

• A generator with formats used in the US and UK, from formal board minutes to action minutes.
• An option to add or omit a letterhead and logo.
• Optional AI drafting with Google Gemini using the visitor's own API key.
• Original guides written by us.

How we work

• Browser-based processing. We don't store your meeting content on our servers.
• Clear about AI. AI output is a draft that you must verify.
• Not legal advice. Formats are general; your governing documents and applicable law come first.

Funding

The site is free. It may display advertising and accepts voluntary support through Ko-fi. Ads and tips do not influence our guides.
