Notulen.org provides tools and general information for preparing meeting minutes. It is provided “as is”, without warranty that outputs are error-free or suited to the specific requirements of your organization.

3. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for checking minutes for accuracy and completeness before using them.
• You are responsible for making sure you are permitted to process meeting content, including with third-party AI services.
• You are responsible for your API key and any charges on your Google account.
• You must not use the site unlawfully or interfere with its operation.

4. Ownership

You keep ownership of the content you enter and the documents you create. The site's text, design and code are protected by copyright unless stated otherwise; third-party libraries are covered by their own licences.

5. AI output

AI output can be wrong or incomplete. The final minutes are your responsibility.

6. No professional advice

Nothing on this site is legal, accounting or governance advice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site, including data loss or errors in documents.

8. Advertising and support links

The site may show third-party advertising and links for voluntary support. We are not responsible for third-party sites.

9. Changes

We may change these terms or the service at any time. Continued use means you accept the changes.
