Is Notulen.org free?

Yes, the tool is free and needs no account. If you use the AI option, any usage cost or quota on the Gemini API is governed by your own Google account.

Do I need an API key?

Only for AI drafting. The “Write manually” option works without any key.

Is my meeting data stored?

No. Text and files are processed in your browser and, if you use AI, sent directly to Google Gemini with your own key. See the Privacy Policy. For highly confidential meetings, use the manual mode.

Are these formats official?

They are widely used general structures, not legal templates. Your bylaws, constitution, articles or employer's policy come first.
